Germany, 1976: "Facility Management" was a practically unknown term in Germany when the United States Government awarded the very first European facilities and maintenance contract to the founding companies of the SKE Group. That was the kick-off for a close and thriving collaboration which endures today! The innovation strategies which we have been successfully employing for more than three decades have set the standards in the facilities management and maintenance sector.
